This support centre only supports cases logged for the following topics:-

In order to streamline support requests and better serve our members each support request is assigned a unique ticket number of which can be used to track the progress and responses online.

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Deposit Not Received at TheCoin.pw Exchange
Deposits are only credited to members accounts after the set confirmations are cleared for the coin in question, this is usually 120 cconfirmations (with the exception of some coins). Please check confirmations of your transaction before logging a case with TheCoin.pw.

Earnings Related
TheCoin.pw highly recommend reading knowledge base articles for answers related to earnings questions.

Support cases should not be logged for questions such as:-

  • CoinWarz/Whattomine estimated that I would receive X, why am I not receiving X?
  • Why is it taking time for the mining pool to locate a block?
  • What is the proportional payout system? I started mining and have not received any payouts yet.

Hardware/Software Setup
Due to the number of mining hardware devices and their unique configuration setups TheCoin.pw is unable to assist with setup/configuration support cases.

TheCoin.pw assumes that members have knowledge of mining before signing up to any of the mining pools.

This support centre only services TheCoin.pw mining pools. This means only mining pools that end with the domain of ".thecoin.pw" are supported.
